Alexander Kokorin (football player): biography and football career
Alexander Kokorin is one of the most famous Russian football players at the moment. A few years ago, he was considered almost the most talented domestic player, but over time everything has changed radically. Footballer Kokorin, whose biography is rather ambiguous, has now gained fame not only as an athlete, but also as a media person. And do not say that it went to his advantage.
Kokorin was born on March 19, 1991. He is a native of the small Russian town of Valuhek, located in the Belgorod region. Since childhood, the boy began to get involved in football. Father played a big role in this - it was thanks to him that Kokorin was born a football player.
In 2002, eleven-year-old Alexander entered the youth academy of Lokomotiv Moscow. The next six years, Kokorin Alexander (the football player already showed great promise) spent in the system of the “railroad” club.
Interestingly, two years before that, Kokorin had been watching in another big Moscow club, Spartak, but was not admitted to the academy, since the club could not provide housing for the young football player.
Alexander admitted that at first life in the capital was not easy. Parents could not constantly visit their son, so they had to learn a lot on their own, for example, cooking and washing.
Alexander Kokorin is a football player who from the very beginning showed himself from the best side. He regularly and successfully played at the level of all youth teams, as well as he was repeatedly recognized as the best striker in the championship of Moscow sports schools.
The impressive performances of Alexander did not go unnoticed. Now he was scored by another Moscow club, Dynamo, which at that time actively tracked young talents both in the capital and beyond. Kokorin, the football player, was already visible at that time. He showed himself perfectly on viewing and then signed a three-year agreement with Dynamo. For his move, Lokomotiv received 300 thousand rubles of compensation.
In the main line-up of Dynamo, Kokorin appeared rather soon, becoming one of the youngest RFPL champions. Alexander scored the first goal in his professional career as a minor - then he was only 17 years and 199 days old. It happened in 2008 in a match with “Saturn” from Ramenskoye - a team that has not existed in Russian football for a long time.
Over the next three seasons, Kokorin strengthened his position in the Moscow club. At first, he became a strong player in the rotation, and in the 2011/2012 season, won a place at the base, playing the position of the left winger.
The Dynamo club did not want to part with the player, and therefore in February 2011 the athlete extended the agreement with the Muscovites for 3.5 years. And extended, as it turned out, for good reason. A year later, Kokorin - a football player with almost celebrity status. Together with Dinamo, he performs quite vividly in the Europa League (the second largest European club tournament), scoring the Scottish Dundee United and once the German football stutter Stuttgart.
In 2013, Kokorin told the leadership of Dynamo that he would like to change the club registration and go to Anji. Makhachkala residents, who at that time possessed serious funds (the owner of the club was billionaire Suleiman Kerimov), paid 19 million euros for Kokorin.FC Dynamo, of course, did not refuse such an offer.
However, Kokorin never played for Anji. At first he was seriously injured and left for treatment in Germany, and then the board changed in the Makhachkala club, and all the expensive players had to be let go.
Return to Dynamo
Dynamo Moscow again became the club that purchased the rights to a football player. After returning, Kokorin designed the first hat-trick in his career with Rostov.
2015 turned out to be difficult for Dynamo: the team has drastically reduced funding. The club was not in a position (like Anji two years earlier) to contain expensive players. Among them was Kokorin. In the winter of 2016, he moved to Petersburg.
After moving to Zenit, Kokorin's career went into a long peak. Having played for the St. Petersburg club a year, Alexander scored only five times in the Russian championship (this is a bad indicator for the attacker). His salary by the standards of the Premier League was high - 3.5 million euros per year.
For the country's main national team, Kokorin made his debut in 2011 in a match against Greece. He also participated in two European Championships (2012, 2016) and the World Cup in Brazil (2014), where he scored one of the national team's two goals in a tournament (match against Algeria).
After the failure of Euro 2016 for Russia, Kokorin provoked a barrage of criticism. It was the incident at the Monte-Carlo Hotel that was to blame, where he and his teammate Pavel Mamayev took part in a riotous party, which in the context of the team’s performance was more like a feast during the plague.
Many sports fans are interested in, who is Kokorin's wife (football player)? Now the attacker is in a relationship with the singer Daria Valitova, known by her stage name Amelie.
