As far as I know it is impossible. At the cottages we are not prescribed, even if there is a residential building. Although, according to the latest laws, it was allowed to register in a country house (provided that the construction is “capital” - this still needs to be proved, and the prescribed one is a Russian), but in practice I have not yet encountered such situations. The fact is that there are legal loopholes there, and there are "6 acres" or "garden plots" of summer residences - you cannot register for such. The only option - if your land is in the city.
