"Black Cats" - the series, the actors and the plot of which take us in 1947 to the post-war Rostov-on-Don. Devastation and poverty, which came after the Great Patriotic War, were a good help for the emergence of organized crime and unscrupulous speculators. At the same time, the police are sorely lacking in staff, so the gangs manage to do some hard things and still go unpunished.
UBB chief Yegor Dragoon with a small team of operational staff still does not lose hope to restore order in the city. Especially does not give him rest the gang that robbed the food warehouse. The fact that the perpetrators of the State Security Service officers were put on the criminals makes Egor Nikitich think that far from simple street gangsters are involved in the robbery.
The actors of “Black Cats” P. Derevyanko and P. Trubiner, or rather their screen characters, have been trying to unravel this mysterious story and find elusive raiders for 12 episodes.

Derevianko was entrusted with a major role in the historical series, where he played a famous military leader and anarchist Nestor Makhno. No one expected that Pavel would do an excellent job with his actor’s task and that he could do serious dramatic images.
The performer proved his versatility, therefore more and more large-scale projects began to appear in his filmography, in particular, “The Brothers Karamazov”, “Brest Fortress”, “Black Cats”.
Actors Pavel Derevyanko and Pavel Trubiner, the leading actors in the film by Yevgeny Lavrentiev, composed an organic duet in the frame.
