The incident occurred during a meeting of Lavrov with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Frank Walter Steinmeier in Hamburg. In a video that appeared on YouTube, the Russian minister annoyed the Reuters operator with the question: “What do you want?” (“What do you want?”). After that, the minister is removed, quietly leaving the phrase: "Moron."
