Well, we'll tell you about a wonderful and simple recipe, where you can use this product very successfully. Let's try to make vegetable soup. We need the following ingredients:
- Three zucchini;
- 1 onion;
- A quarter of a liter of milk;
- Cream cheese.
Clean the zucchini. The rind needs to be cut into cubes, and the pulp rings. Take the onion, cut into rings, put on a small fire for two minutes in a saucepan. After 2 minutes, add zucchini rings and cream cheese. Pour the contents of the pan with milk. All this must be cooked for five minutes, after which it must be cooled. Now go to the zucchini in cubes and fry them in a frying pan for a minute. Put the contents of the frying pan in the soup plate, where you also need to add the soup.
