Why do some people eat everything and do not recover, while others almost get fat? It's a shame!

Masha, it all depends on the metabolism, and it is influenced by the level of activity, the quality of nutrition and hereditary factors (and to a lesser extent than most people think). In addition, the only reason for gaining weight is to consume more calories than energy. If a person is thin - not necessarily lucky, he can eat tightly and snack without end all the rest of the time not in front of a TV set, but flies, doing some important things, wasting everything he eats.
